A course is worth it only if something changes afterwards
We design and deliver training and advanced training for companies, public bodies and professionals: it starts from a real need and ends with a skill you can demonstrate, not with one more certificate. And because we are an accredited Employment Agency, when it is needed we take that skill all the way to the people looking for it.
Where you start and where you get to
FIVE LEVELSNot everybody starts from the same place. A programme makes sense when it recognises the level of the person beginning it and states where it leads: from first guidance through to advanced training and the meeting with work.
What we train on
The same subjects we run research and projects on. That is why the content does not come from a bought-in catalogue: it is written by the people who follow those projects.
- Artificial intelligence and data analysisPredictive models, pattern recognition, use of data inside processes.
- Biotechnology and advanced materialsLaboratory work, characterisation, product quality and safety.
- Energy and transitionEnergy communities, efficiency, the hydrogen chain, mobility.
- Agri-food and environmentSupply chain traceability, circular economy, functional foods.
- Digital for businessManagement tools, data security, basic digital skills.
- Project managementWork structure, time, cost, risk and financial reporting.
- Access to fundingHow to read a call, how to build and manage an application.
- Transferable skillsTeamwork, communication, technical writing, running meetings.
The fifth level: employment services
EMPLOYMENT AGENCYTraining somebody and then leaving them alone in front of the market is half the job. As an accredited Employment Agency we take care of the second half too: it is a service distinct from training, and delivering it requires an accreditation we hold.
Employment Agency
The accreditation allows us to deliver employment services: intake and profiling, service agreement, specialist guidance, support into work and matching between supply and demand. These are the activities that turn a skill into a contract.
Who comes to us, and what for
- Analysis of the real need, before deciding how many hours of training are required.
- Programmes built on your own processes, not on a generic catalogue.
- Trainers who come from the projects: whoever teaches something actually does it.
- Search and selection of candidates through our employment services.
- Traineeships as a route into work, managed in the correct form.
- Outplacement of staff when the company reorganises, through our employment services.
- A conversation before you enrol in anything, to work out whether that programme is really what you need.
- Programmes that state from the outset which skill they deliver.
- Advanced training for people already working who need to change gear, without starting over.
- Support all the way to the interview, not just to the certificate.
- If you are also looking for contact with companies, the employment services are part of the same path.
- A certificate that states which skill you acquired, not merely that you attended.
